OMFG!
« on: Mon, 03 September 2007, 02:55:09 »
Hello,

This is my first post. I cannot believe my luck! Finally an English-speaking forum devoted entirely to keyboards. I've had to resort to using Google Translate on kbdmania.net to get my fix. But it's only good for lurking, and doesn't translate Korean all that well. :D

Welcome! We are keyboard junkies around here, and I, like you, searched far and wide for people like me.

Welcome!

LOL.  Not sure how you even manage to do this.   :))

Funny to see a "welcome" post in the Keyboards subforum.

Welcome!

Are you okay?

He's fine. I'd be questioning him if he stopped doing stuff like this.

Best necro ever, welcoming someone who hasn't been active in over 4 years...

Surprised a moderator hasn't been along to move this one!
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada
