I keed.  The fact that GH seems to run as well as it does and I don't really see the mods modding too much tells me they're doing a pretty good job.  Having modded a large sub-reddit, I can say that that it's hard to keep things running smoothly while also dealing with the trolls and crazies and not appearing to heavily moderate.
