Stock clears, yes. Clears have kind of a unique spring (less coils) that accentuates the tactile bump (which is a different profile than browns). It does so by ramping up the tension at the bottom of the stroke. I found stock clears to be slightly tiring for my fingers, so I ended up getting 65g springs from OriginativeCo, which much more consistent throughout the whole stroke. They feel just a tiny bit lighter than stock clears, but due to the consistency don't tire my fingers out.
That being said, I have a tendency to bottom out my keys. If you're used to not bottoming out, stock clears probably will work out fine, since the tactile bump is more noticeable.
