It's kind of big, I estimate 18 inches not counting the tail. It's eating up my garden, tomatoes, pumpkin, cucumber, squash, wintermelon.
A big enough (effective) trap would cost me almost $90 at the store.

Could the plastic pellet kind stop a woodchuck? I'm pretty sure the metal pellet kind are illegal in my state of NJ. So I can't buy those..
The most powerful pistol I see is the wingun 1911 @ 500fps. I figure I could get .43g bbs and that should help increase the stopping power.
