any body can help me to make the backgroud of this picture become white?
I don't know how to use photoshop, so can anyone help me?

Ah. Then I think that you would need a larger, sharper image. That one is quite small and blurry. I think that the engraving would need sharp edges to give a good result.

I know it need a sharper image, but the available engrave is very small, i think is 15mmx10mm  :blank: so i think should use a small picture

If that's the case then surely your friend can provide you with a larger resolution picture with any colour background you want?

How are you using a .png for laser engraving? My laser machine only accepts vectors.

I used Gimp, which his free. The interface is a bit different, but there should be a version that looks and feels more like Photoshop.

Upscale -> Upload to Vectormagic (the first few processings should be free iirc) -> Download generated vector file -> Tweak in Inkscape (free)
EDIT: Or wait for MOZ :D
