You get veggies(lettuce, onion, pickle,) fruit(tomato,) protein from the meat, calcium from the cheese, and your serving of grain from the bun. It's possible for humans to live off a diet that consists of only cows. Cows provide more than enough nutrients that a human body needs, as long as you eat every part of the cow. That includes the stomach, livers, intestines, heart, etc.

Show ImageScience says insects are easier to raise. They also provide a good amount of nutritional value, and is a much more balanced diet than just beef. Look a few nutritional values of some insects.
