Woke up with a sore back and neck and I'm not sure why. Gonna be a long day at work.
Basically, when you sleep in a certain position, where it applies too much pressure to your spine, Your muscles and tendons engage to support that position.
Now since you're asleep, you don't consciously move into a loose position to relax your muscles.
So, over night, or over many hours, your ligaments and muscles are tight.. leading to Pain in the mornings..
