I've got a contractor working on my house and we couldn't find some specific parts he needed locally so I ordered them online and paid for overnight shipping to be delivered today and tracking doesn't even show they were ever picked up yesterday.  :'(

And I can't even call anyone and complain or ask what is going on because the only 'contact us' option is email.  >:D

There is. They can issue a code which can essentially unencrypt the old drive so you can pull the data off. But I've yet to see true cloning ever work. LAME.
