Swapping in some green stems in for a couple switches and for some odd reason they refuse to click in a couple of the gateron housings...

I had tried using clear stems with GATERON housings before and I had major issues where it would register the key being pressed even if I barely touched it

I figured they weren't really compatible, but maybe I was doing something wrong

Nah I put almost 100 clear stems in gateron housings today and they all work fine, the green switch works fine too just one of the 3 doesn't click quite as sharp but with keycaps on its not as noticeable.

Even Giotto, one of the best known (and most expensive) manufacturer posts partial data (at least they post something) http://www.giottosusa.com/mini-tripods.shtml . Look at the QU405B. How long are the legs? How high is the column? Yeah, max height 17.3", great, but what if the column is closed. Sloppy.

Or look at http://www.filmtools.com/telescoping-baby-pin-extension-002-1281.html this. This is again as expensive as it gets. Do you see weight? Max load? Nothing.

****ing Hermes are *******s. I ordered a book from American Amazon and got it shipped to the UK. It had been pouring down all day on Thursday, so what does Hermes do? They leave the parcel under an already wet door mat for long enough for the packaging to be soaked, and the book is wet all the way through the hard covers to the pages.

Do Hermes care? Do they ****. They did the same with another parcel on Friday.

So now I have a limited edition hardback book that I paid almost £40 for that is ruined, and no amount of pressing, or squashing with any number of books will sort it out.

this is normal, assuming you had to pay for the raffle ticket.. because it's the same as Depression from gambling...

But, even for the non-gambling type of raffle,  you commit time and energy to Watching the competition, so regardless of the free-entrance, the exercise in itself is not Cost-Free. Therefore losing is still losing..


This is consistent with some people who have an all consuming fear of being judged..  Same process..
