Hey phinix, how much weight have you lost?

In few days (19th) its going to be 2 months post surgery. Overall I lost ~28kg.
However, now weight slows down, body learnt what is my intake now, metabolism is slower than before surgery, that means sometimes my weight stays the same for week, even if I only eat around 600cals a day. Weird as hell, but that's how it works.

I cannot drink whole glass at once!

3 attempts with half an hour between to drink a pint of beer - at least you could theoretically never get drunk!

(...)Whereas back then I wrote about the tyranny of the majority, today I'd combine that with the tyranny of the minorities. These days, you have to be careful of both. They both want to control you. The first group, by making you do the same thing over and over again. The second group is indicated by the letters I get from the Vassar girls who want me to put more women's lib in The Martian Chronicles, or from blacks who want more black people in Dandelion Wine.
I say to both bunches, Whether you're a majority or minority, bug off! To hell with anybody who wants to tell me what to write. Their society breaks down into subsections of minorities who then, in effect, burn books by banning them. All this political correctness that's rampant on campuses is b.s.

Yeah, I quess I would not be able :)
I cannot drink alcohol anymore, but in theory it would be the case.
But in the past 0.5l of vodka couldn't make me drunk, so in any circumstances chances would be slim :)

Yeah, it is a lot, even for gastric sleeve.
First 11kg I lost during pre-surgery diet - liquid only, it was around 10 days. Then surgery - removing stomach, 2 days in hospital - another 4kg. Then rest of it was till now, so yeah, pretty good achievement.
However now, I lose around 1kg per week, so not too much.

Today's harvest, and like last year, the peppers and small yellow tomatoes are doing best.

yellow peppers are so versatile.  and like all peppers bugs stay away, you don't have to do anything.

Looks delicious. I like noodles. Made (a kind of..) yakisoba today. I wish I could eat cured eggs.

In the last five months or so, I have held a diet designed to avoid upsetting my gall bladder. That means, low fat, no eggs, no apples, no green peppers and no cucumbers, in addition to being vegetarian.
Before that I had lost >25 kg of body weight, most due to my lymphoma, but 10 kg in dec-january after surgery  because of that gall bladder acting up right when my body needed protein to heal.
After treatment for lymphoma in feb-march, I have been able to regain about 12 kg, but I'm afraid that most of that could be around my stomach. I have increased more exercise. Bike more. Lift weights a little, and eat more tofu and low-fat cottage cheese so as to try to build muscle instead of gaining the wrong type of body mass.

One of my tomato plants is particularly large and bushy, but I have gotten very little from it.

Today I was walking by, and caught a tiny flash of red deep in the interior. When I started searching around inside, I had a bonanza!

I started off with a ketogenic diet a year and a half ago, but keto is a hassle to manage, so I moved to 'mostly carnivore', which is simple to manage.  I've lost 120 pounds since then.

Sweet potatoes, green bean casserole and apple crisp would like a word.

I MAY indulge in apple pie if I'm not near vomiting from stuffing intake.
While meal timing is not as critical as overall calorie and macronutrient intake, it can still be beneficial to consume a balanced meal containing protein and carbohydrates within a couple of hours before and after your workouts, find where to buy trenbolone. This helps provide your muscles with the necessary nutrients for repair and growth.
