It gets worse - when you open a tab to look something up, get distracted by something on another tab, and then start to wonder why you have a blank tab open ...

You just need m0ar internet mastery points..

stop going outside so much..

darken your room..

use behind monitor lighting to reduce glare.

Ergodox really helps me concentrate, because it reduces the processing load vs regular keyboards by reducing whole arm movements.
