I found this out just now..


Workout really hard 20-30mins right before taking a shower @ night....

Really break a sweat..

Drink some water..



Then go take your normal hot shower...  You won't sweat at all afterwards...  because transitionally,  it is still much cooler than when you were working out..

This is interesting. I'll give this a try if I think about it. Nothing worse than the lingering sweat of game/work out follow you out of the shower

It's the same principle as when if you just got out of the desert, and into a house that's 98*,  but because the desert was 120* , you're body will be like.. OMG I gotz Air-C0nditioning. stop sweating NOW..

The point is, you remember this for when you're stuck in an ever-hot environment..   otherwise.. it's non-stop sweating  EVEN after showering..

No, do not do this..  I tried this...  As soon as you leave the cool water... You break out in Epic sweat.. because the external temp is significantly higher...

It's kinda hard... because at a certain point.. your own filth begins to bother you-yourself...

For me.. this is about 3 days..  If I don't shower in 3 days, I feel a bit sick and sluggish..


I must brush my teeth in the morning... I could do with missing nights,  but I must brush in the morning...
