I just walk as fast as possible everywhere. Power walking to the max.
If I don't feel the burn in my anterior tibia muscle, I'm not walking fast enough! If I'm more than 2mm from tripping I'm not going fast enough!
I got places to go and stuff to do, can't waste time walking slow.

If I have to walk more than 5 miles I slow down a little, especially if I'm having to carry a bike.
