How do you make your ramen, oh great ramen master? I'm a novice at such things.
It will vary by ramen..
But in general.. I use 80% of the flavor packet while boiling the ramen..
While the ramen is boiling on the stove, I make a seperate soup stock with the remaining 20% of the flavor packet with water in the microwave.
Then I drain and rinse the boiled ramen under cold water..
Then Combine the now cold ramen with the Hot Soup stock from the Mwave..
This way, You get rid of that waxy astringent taste, and your soup is clean.
