1wolf lets out a deep breath. He stretches his arms high, loosening the tightened well developed muscles in his back. A warm breeze blows in from the open balcony doors.
He slips on his white silk robe, slides off the slightly damp sheets and picks up a cigarillo off the night stand, making his way to get some air.
He stretches his hands across the balcony railings which overlook a bustling nightlife beneath. As he looks up, the sky is clear and full of stars. Much like that sky he's internally relieved for the night. These hours are the only ones within which he can relax. As his gaze fell lower, as inevitable as the onerous day to come, he witnesses the mess and incomprehensible complexity beneath, the dizzying lights, the noise.
1Wolf raises the Cigarillo, as it rose past his chest, he realized that he's forgotten the lighter.. Just as he turned to retrieve it, Halverson was already beside him, completely naked holding nothing but the lighter in both hands..
Halverson softly: "You forgot this".
A slight twinge on the left corner of 1wolf's lips appeared as their eyes met. Though 1wolf's lips were only raised slightly. To Halverson, nothing felt more satiating, even this most trivial gesture of acknowledgement.
