Welp I just wasted 2 hours.. Audio Expert Help needed

So, I thought I was finally gonna make my matrix ringtone today..

From the Scene where Morpheus first delivers a package to Neo with a phone in it..


Result...  The ringtone I made Sux... 



I think the problem is, I don't know what I'm doing

I used the FFT filter in adobe Audition, but I can't get it quite right..


Here is the file I cut,  Can anyone help me filter out the "whirly background music, and preserve the ringing sound"

just Ableton Live's Eq-8, some compression to diminish some pops, replaced one of the waveforms because it had a pop in the fundamental freqs, added a hi-pass filtered parallel bus to restore some brightness.
