I feel like ****

I got waaayyy too high last night and threw up all over my friend's kitchen. now i've just felt really queasy and lightheaded the whole day. Does anyone have suggestions for remedies to this?

I've only gotten too high a couple times, but the times it did happen I found a cold shower and a nap helped.

Tp4 has quit drinking.. /sober 3.5 months.

Last time I smoked I puked all over the back yard. Weed and my body don't play well anymore. I just treated it like a hangover next day and hydrated like mad to flush my system.

try ginger candy, that **** works wonders when i have nausea. i get these like ginger chews at my local pharmacy and they're basically ginger and sugar in a tough gummy.

Use the same tactic doctors use to clear chemotherapy, drink a lot of fluid and piss a lot throughout the day. also nap
