Stumbled upon a very simply Combo that greatly elevates the Ramen's essence.
Take a whole, regular pickle, slice into 1/4 inch slices. Place into large noodle bowl.
DO NOT add pickles to the noodles while boiling in the pot... that will overcook/soften the pickles too much.
Make the noodles however you'd normally make it, (flavor packet, etc__)
As soon as your boiling noodles are ready.. Pour the entirety of hot soup and noodles into the bowl with pickles on the bottom.
It has to be HOT, otherwise the flavor won't be extracted from the pickles..
Let sit for 1 minute..
