What router/AP are you using? I have an 802.11ac router (TP-LINK Archer C7), and my wifi speeds are great.

802.11AC is pointless unless you're using the A radio for meshing/bridging..

2.4GHz is so crowded around here. :|

And my previous n router was only 150 Mbps.

If your devices support 5Ghz (A radio), use it. Enterprise-level AP's have band-steering so it will automatically move clients to the A radio (if they support it) just for that very reason.

My throughput is fine... I can get upwards of 10MB/s across the house.. But the latency is still there, it doesn't FEEL snappy..

Whereas,  Wired is like,  Click.... Boooom...

Every time I click something. I feel like the click is not traveling as a smooth signal..

As if it's going through space at a different rate and getting back to me at a different rate..

I had some really odd issues with latency in games and my torrents or high downloads in general locking up the usb devices on the computer. It took some experimenting but eventually swapping out my wireless card did the trick. I ended up grabbing this guy off amazon and i'm extremely happy with it: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JDVRCI0/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Haha

Yea, some cards on some systems cause high dpc latency which leads to stuttering.
