Hi Mods, please unlock my perils thread..

I don't see what the problem is.. It is a discussion upon a modern perspective, the name itself is content and a spring board..

There's really no problem with it..

-( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)╯╲___卐卐卐卐 Don't mind me just taking my mods for a walk

Woah.. hey,  Tp4 don't claim to own the mods..

Tp4 am sorry for overtly insulting the Mod calling him a dimwit..

I just wanted to say that..  that's all..

But the thread truly stands on it's own as a discussion of of what Noisy-turtle responded with prior, a sense of apathy which is now a pervasive attitude towards all things.

You know, one of my most hated donkey kong country levels was platform peril. The essence of peril is definitely notwithstanding the absence of it.

oooooooooooo,....

Very well crafted post there Halvy..

hahahahaha.. the wording sounds cool,  but I actually think notwithstanding is an adverb, so you need another noun in there somewhere.

I think the First SNES DK was the end though..  If you played through it,  then the second one felt like more of the same..

The second was indeed more of the same, a skin upon a fun game. Entertaining yet not amazing. Female Kong could hover, a unique prospect.

The third one was, interesting. Hovercrafts and baby kongs, a step back or forward. That, is unknown. Although perhaps it have inspiration to create the donkey kong for 64. A game that held its own on an era filled with similar games of the genre. And yellow cartridge, funky Kong says "hey-ooooo".

I really miss the tight controls of the older games..

Even all the new 2D games that have come out recently,  There's a subtle input delay..

How about that slippery Mario from the NES. Oh how the perilous chasms have swallowed me alive, over and over and again. Because of the true test, the true player, who never lets go of the run button.

Donkey Kong Country is still one of my favorite games. Platform Peril and Snow Barrel Blast were so hard, but so fun. Mine Cart Carnage not as hard, but still really fun.

Swordfish bonus level definitely the best, but the frog was cool as hell for sure.

I met a man who lost his mind
In some lost place I had to find
"Follow me" the wise man said
But he walked behind.

I falter, here I bleed
Fodder seems me
The wise man knew
But he has much left to do

I too entered hospice
The service excellent
There was a hitch in my step
Now with ease I stride
My empty pockets also light

Your  Daily  Moment  of  Zen

. . . . .

21. Some days you are the bug, and some days you are the windshield.
Citizens United violates the essence of what made America a great country in its political system. Now it’s just an oligarchy, with unlimited political bribery being the essence of getting the nominations for president or to elect the president.
So now we’ve just seen a complete subversion of our political system as a payoff to major contributors, who want and expect and sometimes get favors for themselves after the election’s over.”

The frog is hard to play, because you don't get it often.
