Sitting here eating Ramen once again.

And Not everyone in the world has Ramen..

Deep down, given all the 1000s of packets Tp4 has eaten..


Am Tp4 eating more than one's fair share...

One of the best uses for a slow cooker, this particular recipe went for ~6.5 hours. It went from items in the fridge/pantry to cooking in <30 minutes (except the rice (and gravy) that was cooked right before we ate).  :)

Underneath all those potatoes and carrots is a chunk of beef that was labeled arm roast, it also had onions underneath...




The roast removed from the crock pot so I could remove the chunks of fat left on it and break the meat up into manageable pieces to eat...



The final result  8)
