Pet Ramps

I looking for a ramp that would aid in pulling large potted plants via dolly into a small greenhouse when I came across pet ramps. I've never heard of such a thing until now. What do you think?

it's a ramp.. works like all other ramps.



A ramp is really just a table with 2 long legs and 2 shorter ones..

Are they supposed to make your dog expend less energy so you can feed it less and ensure it grows no muscle and fits in your handbag better?  Ridiculous.

Not sure but it looks fluffy to me which would not be good for moving muddy plants, and probably crazy overpriced due to the target market...

Our dog is 10 and wyfe keeps asking me to get steps and/or ramp for couch and bed. I don't think a dog belongs on either in the first place, but this is a battle I will never win.

I made the "no pets in the house" decision years ago (after growing up with dogs and cats in the house, and having cats with girlfriends in my younger days) and have never regretted it. When the kids came along it got tougher, and I allowed a few Betta fish (we were very successful, we had about 4 in a row that lived ~2 years each).

When my son hit high school, I relented and allowed him to get a pair of gerbils that he keeps in a large aquarium in his room. It turned out to be a very good thing for him, and they are minimally needy.

But animals roaming freely through the house has become totally disgusting to me, and your responsibility for their bodily needs and functions enslaves you to them in an ugly way.

PS - go to an upholstery shop and get them to cut you a large triangle of foam rubber to use as a ramp

Oh my, no. I start with broad searches and then narrow in once I figure out what it is that I'm looking for. A Curb ramp was the goal and somehow during a broader search I found the pet ramps :) I have to pull the plants (w/ hand cart/dolly) over an aluminum lip that could bend unless I use a ramp that is a bit taller than the lip.

Is building exactly what you want out of cheap lumber not a viable option?

Turns out it's way cheaper for me to use a few plastic car ramps and just hack off the chocks. $30 vs. whatever I would have to pay for lumber/sealant. Originally I was going to pour concrete into a mold but I guess it needs to be portable. Curb ramps are way too expensive for what I need it for--$50-70 for a wedge of rubber. I'm sure most of the cost is for shipping & handling but still :/

Why do people want those dirty paws in their bed in the first place? Dogs are basically living mops, lying on the floor, running around in grime, eating strange poop. Then you let them paw your bed and lick your face wtf

Same as cats and most other furred animals

The got all this fur at their --pee/poo area-- and it stays damp after they do their business..   Then they just bump up against everything..

That's kind of how the animal world works,  just pee and poo everywhere..


Cat owners/ dog owners get used to the smell,


But get 3 feet near the guy,  and you can smell it on them instantly..  Their pets have marked them.. hahahahaha
