Have you noticed any benefits?  I tried curcumin supplements for a few months at max dosage and never noticed a change in anything.

Turmeric is supposed to help reduce inflammation. Unless you have something like an injury or arthritis, it may not have much effect.

It does make a strong yellow-orange stain on porous surfaces.

Common misunderstanding is that just eating turmeric does not have health benefits, and quality of the curcumin supplement is critical, especially for the supporting ingredients which aid in absorption!

Weird, we jus picked some up from the Asian market to feed to our doggo cause she has really bad arthritis... Hoping it helps!!
