What type of concrete/brick are you trying to drill? What depth and hole size? That cordless will have limits compared to a larger plugin SDS type hammer drill. If it's around the house stuff that thing will be awesome.
That smaller impact driver is pretty damn handy. If it's the 3 speed that thing has an impressive ability to drive things as well as strip or shear fasteners or break bits if hit too hard. Level 1 is really easy and clutches out just under what you would be able to do with a hand screwdriver. A very safe setting for more delicate stuff. Level 2 is perfect for most everything. Been using mine on construction for over a year now and have rarely needed to go to level 3. Battery lasts surprisingly long, too.
For that price I'm pissed I had to buy mine at standard MSRP. If you price the batteries alone off the shelf they are worth more than the $379 being charged for the kit.

I'm looking at the pluggin version as well.. i mean, they're probably more powerful, buhhhh.. not as kewl...
I'm thinking less than 1/2" diameter you should be fine. My experience with the cordless has been up to 3/8" and no deeper than 3 or 4". More than that I grab the plug in.
The plug in will be much cheaper. They usually have a selector for hammer, drill, or hammer+drill so it will be just as versatile or more with what you can go through. The cords are rarely longer than 5-6ft so they become a hassle fairly quickly.
I'm assuming this is for home use so the cordless I think will benefit you much more, especially seeing what's in that kit and the price. Much more than that drill can handle and I'd suggest renting the drill from Home Depot or the like but that requires going to there in person.
