Yeah, if it's wrists your switches ain't gonna do much. You may want to adjust your sitting position, desk height, armrests (very important) and so on. The switch behaviour will, however, affect how your fingers feel. So yeah, make sure they don't require or provoke excessive force given your typical typing patterns, including whether you hit from the centre or side, at what angle, etc. Somehow, I always end up going back to my blues, although I'm pretty sure they aren't ideal. Still, in many ways they cause less fatigue than lighter-rated switches. But I can't type on a Model M any more, too painful.
