I think it's just his stabilizers, The switch might squeak a little but you shouldn't be able to hear that.
Oh, I should have mentioned--of all things, it's my E key that squeaks, whereas the longer keys all sound perfectly normal. Also, pressing the stem with the keycap removed makes no squeaking sounds, but as far as I can tell nothing is coming in contact with the keycap when it's on the board. It's quite confusing!
uh, oh.. You're going to have to desolder.
that board is plat mount, no way to open the switch to lubricate without desoldering.
And theres no way to guarentee that lubrication will fix the switch.
I would call up WASD keyboards, and be like: hey jerks, send me a replacement keyswitch, rabble-rabble.
