We celebrate Hanukkah and Christmas in my family. Hanukkah haul was pretty weak on tech gifts from others, but my wife and I bought ourselves a 55" plasma, and I bought myself a G80-2100HDU, if self-gifts count

Christmas haul will include a QFR (thank you for the heads up, Amazon wish list), but not sure what else, if anything. Also, my company instituted a new policy where they'll reimburse up to $1000 for a new laptop (they won't have loaner laptops anymore so they're compensating I guess), and I bought a Lenova Yoga 13 with that money. Still getting used to Win8, but I like the hardware.

I got this bad boy 14" ultrabook to replace my aging macbook pro, glad to be back on windows with both machines, not just my desktop.

That's probably about it, as suckery as it sounds the best part about christmas now is spending it with family, my brother is flying out from oregon for a couple days so that'll be nice and then I'm gonna be up there for new years which is my dads bday so it's nice to be there for that. And of course I'll probably get some gift cards, random camping stuff, and a sweater or two.

2. Scarf from Cambridge (Dad visited there recently. We all got different ones based on what we prefer to study. I got Churchill College, which is brown and pink Sweet scarf, though!)

I didn't even put up a tree or lights this year, i decided its not worth it.

i just spent more than a grand in the last 4 months on keyboards and mice. i consider THAT my Christmas haul.

- 64GB SSD (it's a cheap one, but it'll be nice to give it a try)

This Christmas my family gave me money. Awesome because now i will save it and buy the WASD tenkeyless in cherry mx Red, Blue and Brown. I will also be selling my Filco cherry mx red, CM Storm Blue, Leopold Brown and Tournament edition Razer Blackwidow. I am debating selling my rarely used HHKB white because i just can't afford all these keyboards and the space that they consume adds up.
