It looks like the e-sports caps are available for purchase now (in both PBT and ABS, and a dished version is on the way, too).  Not bad...

In for a crap bag (when they finally release them).  The polycarbs look good, and I don't think you would run into the same problems as a polycarb case (microscratches that dull and swirl the glossy finish) since I would think they would be cast with a textured top.  Would look really good with a colored custom plate, or if you like seeing the pcb.
wut. i'd buy a ****ty IBM board for that green V2

I noticed both of these earlier but didn't think to post about it :P

Ok so maybe I was just going to keep the crap bag thing a secret and buy them out hahaha ;)

I've heard the Ducky doesn't go dim enough to make it not obnoxious with clear caps.

"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Hmmm so do these clear sets have F and J keys with little home row 'nubs' or lines? And why does the spacebar look like a different profile in the picture?

Just say NO to ABS keycaps

They do have lines on them, this is what it looks like on my shine II

(the pictures don't show the lines because I placed them in the wrong spots, I fixed it after I took the picture)
