So day starts off with GH member asking for a tracking number for a package that they paid me 2 days ago, I told them I will have to give it to them later as it wasn't on me, they basically said 3 hours or else stuff will happen!!!! So I get into work later (more then 3 hours) and they filed a claim with PayPal so now my money is held there :thumbsup:

Now that I got money transferring from PP to my bank as some of you know my car was hit like 2 weeks ago, and that's what the money is for, so this might delay that, nice!

Now on my way drive to work, a person turning left decided to speed and try to make it and they slammed into my car, yup the one I just got fixed. If i didnt swerve away i might have been a goner as they just clipped my door and my glass shattered. I guess the lucky part is that I just got cut up and was able to walk away from this.

Sad news is that the car is likely totaled and the insurance company is likely going to try to jipp me and offer me nothing on it

Jesus man, that's rough.Hope you took photos of the cars, they've helped me out a couple times with insurance claims. I hope everything gets sorted for you.

Who gives a 3 hour ultimatum like that? That's ridiculous.

Glad to hear you're okay, but it sucks that that happened because of some idiot when you just got your car fixed.

Who the hell actually demands for a tracking number within the next 3 hours? Such a daft thing to ask for and the fact they disputed it even though you'd already sent it is even worse. I will never understand some people..

Though last time I my aunt's car got hit by another guy. Since it wasn't her fault so the insurance did cover most of it. Granted they won't buy another car that's exactly the same but hopefully they'll cover something.

The car accident would have been horrible enough, but when you throw that Paypal dispute crap on top...oh man.

Don't get me wrong but money you can make no matter how long it takes. You're alive and healthy, that's what matters.

Some days are unforgettable (negatively). Almost two years ago my car overheated engine, I was assaulted and my dad had a stroke. All this in just 5 hours.

The Paypal issue is the cost of doing business, it happens and always will. Some customers are tools.

The car situation blows...but you are lucky. Nothing is worth being hurt over, cars come and go like girls in our lives. You are ok, that's what's important.

Cheap wheels are the way to go, I've been thinking about that a lot lately.

3 hour deadline is completely unforgivable - I guess the guy overspent this month and doesn't have the decency to ask if he can pull out of the sale.

Clearly this is "buyer's remorse" being disguised as something else.

Even if I posted a package this minute, most carriers would not refresh their databases until midnight and the parcel would not even be listed as "accepted" until then.

My experience is that useable information on the status and movement of a package is seldom available until at least 24 hours after the hand-off.

I never whine, I just call the CC company if it doesn't show up in 2 weeks. I don't even bother contacting the guy. what's the point. let the CC company deal with it.. i gave um 2 weeks.
