you would have to desolder all the switches to paint the plate properly.

what if you just sticker all the switch ( like you just press it down and find a square sticker)
As long as you dont mind the black part of the switch getin paint, it should work
Cant see the paint when the caps are on

Sounds like this might be the only way I'd be able to get a yellow plate.

If you ever build a board like a phantom or GH60 for example, painting the plate is just an extra easy step

Modding a board that's made, it'll take some time....but the end result may be worth it to you.

2 much work..... If you can pick up an extra shift at work or something, it has a way higher payoff then putting labor into your purchases.

But who will do it ? 1 Shift is like 5~6 hours * 10 =50?

The Rosewill 9000 has a red plate by default... which is garish and silly when you have blue switches.
