I don't really know what it is, since no one seems to say anything directly to me, but it seems people like to pick at any little thing I do

Well, since no one is ever forward and I'm tipsy, u want sum fuk?

Seriously though, you can't take **** seriously here.  There are awesome people and there are *******s.  Be you, be proud of you, and those real people will stand by you as long as you're true to who you show you are.  I go through waves of being friendly and being an ******* (like most people), but I always stand by awesome people even when they're having a hard time.

Went all the way to the nearby botanical gardens for a bonsai exhibition with my new macro lens.

When I was in the deck business, I once visited a prospect who wanted to expand his deck. The deck and the house were in terrible condition, but it was a nice setting partially in the woods.

When I arrived, I was led out onto a small-medium-sized deck about 10 feet off the ground. Nearly every square inch was covered, it was hard to walk around. The deck was covered with bonsai trees and there were bird feeders hanging on the rails.

2 of the bonsai trees actually had natural bird's nests built into them, and the owner was ecstatic. A natural nest is apparently extremely valuable on a bonsai tree, so he wanted a pergola built over part of the deck in hopes that he could put trees up there and that it would encourage more nesting.

Citizens United violates the essence of what made America a great country in its political system. Now it’s just an oligarchy, with unlimited political bribery being the essence of getting the nominations for president or to elect the president.
So now we’ve just seen a complete subversion of our political system as a payoff to major contributors, who want and expect and sometimes get favors for themselves after the election’s over.”

my stupid ipho battery case broke..

I am almost certain that it's due to cheap soldering,  the heatup from the charging probably loosened up a cold joint inside or something..

Regardless,  it just plane wouldn't work anymore.. SIGH..................

I've only charged the phone a total of 3 times with it..

ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...............  I guess these damned things just arn't reliable..

First weekend I'm not sick with flu or crippled with a bad bad, it was warm and sunny, so I decided to mow the lawns.

Lawn mower cut out half way through.  Still had fuel.  The air filter is clogged.  Everything else looks good.  Added more fuel just in case and tried to clean the filter a bit.  It started and I finished the back and half the front, then it stopped again.  No fuel for real this time.  Fuel can is empty.  Give up on mowing grass.  Order replacement air filter from eBay.

So I tried to whipper snip the edges, having planned ahead and charged its battery whilst conducting my commendable attempt to cut the grass.  Whipper snipper ran for nearly a minute before the cord ran out.  Search online, doesn't look like the manufacturer wants to admit ever having made this one.  Locate manual online elsewhere and find three different and contradictory part numbers for the spool of line.  Going by visual appearance, ordered one from eBay, but they only seem to be available from the UK.

But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

I feel for you. I did my belated round of yard work yesterday.

At the beginning of the summer I got a lawnmower, a self-propelled Honda, and it is wonderful, best mower I have ever had. I used to have a cheap-ass Yard Man that lasted for almost 10 years. The mower was junk but it had a Briggs & Stratton motor that started first time, every time. Except when it didn't. About 5 years in, I discovered that it had a 2nd air filter, down inside! I had kept the primary one clean but the inner one was choked!

About the Whipper Snipper (wonderful name, they are "weed eaters" over here but my son went to camp with some Aussies a couple of years ago and heard your name for them) I have about 3 inner spools and I rewind them myself. Makes no sense to pass up a a hundred meters of line for the same price as "store-bought" single.
