Haha, yeah, it does.

I'm sure they spent forever with the product photos starching parts of the sweater, arranging them, and so on to make it look passable, but I see no way how that thing could look good regularly...and that's if I thought it looked good to begin with.

The comments photo? Yeah, girl who looked like she was wearing football pads or motorcycle pads under it. That thing does no favors for your body.

I do want this since it looks awesome, but in reality it would just be me spending too much money on something that would only serve to make me look dumb in public, and if that's what I want then I already have clothes that will do that.

I would argue it's not a fine piece of work... it's just a time consuming thing to assemble. Maybe it's because 1/2 of my family is in textiles-- No argument from me that it is cute -- I just look at it and think, "I could get my aunt to make me one for the cost of time and materials and still end up less than that. It would probably fit better and I could get gauntlets added on."
