Well, Considering that Demik referred habanero as a common chile, that makes him suspiciously unaware of Mexican cuisine. LOL!  :p

Well that makes a lot of sense, that explains why you consider habanero a common chili. Cocina Yucateca has strong and nice flavors no other Mexican regional cuisines have. Besides, when visiting Cancún you can enjoy authentic dishes of cocina yucateca, just an added bonus to those crystal clear waters. My family wants to go to Cancún this year, ouch, I'd pass some of the GB to save some money for that trip.  :)

Please elaborate what the term professional mexican means in your context.

Thanks for bringing up Corona Familiar, thought it was the same beer as our typical Coronas (crap). The dark bottle does prevent light from altering the taste, thus the difference in taste between the Extra and Familiar. Will have to try it out now.

i like bbq ribs!

and it wouldn't matter since i'd have to convert USD to pesos. would probably be cheaper to pay in USD.

Dude, Corona Familiar is where it's at! And yeah, I've heard the clear bottle gives it the skunk taste that extra has. Which is why I avoid almost all mexican beers.

i'm just a pro!

Micheladas are the ****.  I use Modelo, lime, tapatio, clamato, worcestershire sauce, and rim the glass with Tajin.  If I want to get there quicker I'll add some Don Julio, but that's kind of a waste of good tequila.  It seems like every Mexican has a different recipe, but the one I listed is my favorite.  How do you make yours?

Do you rep Sur or Norte?  Shooting sideways will increase the likelihood of you getting hit with hot shell casings when they eject, unless you use a revolver, but those aren't "cool."

(...)Whereas back then I wrote about the tyranny of the majority, today I'd combine that with the tyranny of the minorities. These days, you have to be careful of both. They both want to control you. The first group, by making you do the same thing over and over again. The second group is indicated by the letters I get from the Vassar girls who want me to put more women's lib in The Martian Chronicles, or from blacks who want more black people in Dandelion Wine.
I say to both bunches, Whether you're a majority or minority, bug off! To hell with anybody who wants to tell me what to write. Their society breaks down into subsections of minorities who then, in effect, burn books by banning them. All this political correctness that's rampant on campuses is b.s.

When you transition from professional to SUPER Mexican... do you disguise yourself as luchador or mariachi?

Both. I play my own intro music

I've thought if we met one day, your entrance would be proceeded by theme music. What would that music be?

truth be told, when apple introduced the remote app that let you control itunes with your phone.. i played

whenever i got near my front door and my phone picked up my wifi signal.

then i thought about how sad that was and stopped.
No, he’s not around. How that sound to ya? Jot it down.

A little demik each day helps to maintain healthy bones and teeth....and that's a good thing.
