Today, I had only sandwiches... well, variations of fillings between two pieces of bread/bun.
For late breakfast/brunch, I made a sandwich inspired by
Eggslut's Fairfax Sandwhich: Siracha mayonnaise, scrambled egg, melted cheese, cooked onion. I did not caramelize onion beforehand so I just fried some next to the egg.
In the afternoon, I had a vegetarian burger from a fast-food place. Nothing special.
For supper, tofurkey, pok choi, mustard-mayonnaise, havarti cheese, bell peppers between slices of rye bread.
And for dessert, the first
semla of the year - which is why I had chosen a light main course.
