Unfortunately, he doesn't follow his own advice and gets upset by any little thing.
This is very true I let my emotions make things worse than they are and respond when I shouldn't, I'll try my best not to be an internet drama queen.
I think *most* people here are good people, things just don't always come across properly because these are just words on a screen so you miss out on body language and tone that would come from actually talking or interacting with someone in real life.
And at the end of the day we are a bunch of passionate geeks and we are going to disagree and 'rub' each other the wrong way usually because of something unrelated but we all usually have at least one thing in common we like keyboards.
