I've recently been listening to some common day 'motivators' talk about the importance of napping to spur creativity and keep you energized.
I'm curious if we have any nappers here?
And just to be clear I mean actually taking a nap as in sleeping for 15-30 minutes or longer during your normal waking hours not whatever alternative definitions there are out there.
Don't want this to turn into another 'smoking cheese' misunderstanding

Hahahahahhhahaha
These are the ploys of self-help-industry..
It works like this..
They take some , general-truth, like,
sleeping is good for you and the many aspects of your life..
Say that this one thing is AWESOME for this one --other-- thing...
They may or may not be related, but because it's something VERY easy to do, they taunt it in such a way that makes you HOPEFUL that you can drastically improve your life by doing this VERY -EASY- THING..
Then you buy their CD, or Audiobook, or Selfhelp book, Cha ching..
Yes, you've just paid for the advice, Sleeping = good..
