Yeah I opened my window in my home office last night because it was hot thinking that would help cool it down...it didn't....

You know it feels like summer when it is still hot outside after 10pm.

It's supposed to drop, like, thirty degrees tonight and then remain cool for a good week.

Yea , my tp4 airfilter is running..

But obviously it's not super effective.. because the air is almost as warm as my internal temperature.

get a bucket and fill it with water. Place bucket next to computer. get a sponge and tie it to a stick. dunk sponge in bucket and slop it all over you weedy sifo body every 20 minutes (oh sorry American, every 120 hetheringtons, YOU DONT LIKE METRIC YOU CAN USE YOUR OWN SYSTEM OF TIME ALSO). make horse/donkey noises whilst doing this.

You're just never happy, are you?

I did the 2 days of 95 degrees without AC on..   felt pretty confident in the heat now..

Then it drops to 70... way too cold in relative terms..

And it's gonna be like this for a bit, so I'll have to get acclimated to 95 again  next week..

sigh.............

Thought this was going to be a thread about how old tp4 is feeling (or getting).

90F is only like 32C - get a grip, man, that's not hot.

Wait until it's 42C then start complaining.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada
