The one thing I want to start growing is herbs and spices, including both regular and elephant garlic. Love me some elephant garlic.
Cut the root off, little olive oil in a skillet, and roast it over very low heat until it turns to a mush, smear that over the top of a good ribeye, absolutely amazing. Gotta use elephant garlic though, regular is to strong for that.
Now on a prime rib, gotta have good horseradish.
