Just googled..

Scrubs happened around the time when Broadband first came out..

I was swept away, and didn't watch any TV for about 10 years.

I just restarted watching it again.  I'm on the arc where I'm starting to hate Dr. Cox's long rambling moments as opposed to being amused by them like I am most of the time.  I'm sure it will circle back.

I just started watching it. Episode 4 of the first season reminds me why I didn't pursue medicine.  :(

I'm still in season 3.  I'm always blown away by how well crafted the show is (up until season 8 I think).  It's a comedy and a drama, it makes you laugh, but it also hits you with how real it is.  I don't think there's a better show that reflects the daily human condition and the struggle of growth and acceptance.

Never got into hospital shows. Is Scrubs good if I don't like hospital shows?

I watched Gray's for the first two seasons and that's it; even House bores me.

I wouldn't use those two as a metric for what to expect from Scrubs.

You may be pleasantly surprised.

Scrubs isn't a hospital show, it's a show that takes place in a hospital.  Once you start watching it, you'll get what I mean.  And even though the hospital setting is more of a convenient setting than anything else, I've heard more than a few people state that it's the most realistic hospital show that's been on TV.

On your question, I hate ER, Gray's Anatomy, and so on, but I love Scrubs.

Take your HHKB to work. Or buy another HHKB!

I am bothered that I keep the HHKB at work and my QFR at home, and often get the layout confused on both.

They took an older closed down hospital and gave it new life, it's great. Accept season 9.. that was not filmed in the hospital  :(

Season 8 was supposed to be the end, but, from what I understand, they were forced to do Season 9 and it was supposed to be the setup for a spin-off or something.  Season 9 was just awful.  So stop watching at the end of Season 8.

The very last girl on this campus I'd like to see me walk into a sign, saw me walk into a sign

The first time I saw my wife it was at a college organization meeting. She was sitting down at a couch with her friends, and I walked into the meeting late. I saw her, jumped over a couch opposite her to sit down, and fell over.
About a year later we started dating.

This gives me hope. Problem is I only ever see her when one of us is walking to class, so I can't really stop and talk to her. I met her in class last year but I guess she switched majors

Please tell me it was a stop sign

Well, did you own it or did you act all embarrassed and shy and run away crying?

I can't tell you how many people I've made friends with after making a total ass out of myself falling off of/out of stuff or running into things.  I made a friend after falling out of a tree in college.

Remember, it's all in how you handle it.  Being confident, laughing about it, making a joke of it, and so on can turn an awkward situation one for you into a fun one where you meet people.

I didn't interact with her at all, I believe she observed this from a distance. And no I wasn't staring at her  :))

Anyway I'm making a move soon, if I don't I'll give away my keyboard. Someone call me on it when April rolls around and you might have some free Montereys
