Some of us have sensitive bottoms....

They make different kinds everyday that are softer. I have used stuff as coarse as newsprint in a pinch.  Hell i can use Brown paper towels as Kleenex with no issues.

That's great for you but some people have legitimate issues so grouping them all together and saying they aren't decent human beings is just asinine.

Took my wife's car this morning to work and realized as I was walking around the back of the car that she never renewed the registration.  So when I've been driving it on and off the for the last couple months I've been riding dirty and didn't even know it

Yeah Illinois has stopped mailing out renewal notices and has saved millions in postage and made millions in late fees of course the state still can't get together on a budget and now they are saying the local schools won't have money to start back in August. And it isn't any less disgusting to use toilet paper.  I don't shop at Costco.  So when you are on a job site where there isn't a bathroom but the port-a-johns, what then.  Every work in a foundry, everything there is dry.

I just read some documentation about the Debian 8.5 update that fixed a similar issue (for Debian not Windows obviously). That's an oddball issue

Revert some changes in 3.16.7-ckt25-1 which caused issues on some systems with Radeon graphics cards and when inserting a USB device

That'll be my next step but it was late and the external refer was a quick fix.
