What's bothering me lately is the way things are changing from innocent until proven guilty to guilty until proven innocent ("preponderance of evidence"). While it doesn't affect me directly (as I'm no longer in college/university), for it to be considered acceptable is a very scary concept. It's being used in schools in cases of "consent", where if a man cannot prove explicitly that he had consent from a woman (extremely difficult to do without police help), he is punished.
Also, a coworker has a broken keyboard where the spacebar makes a terrible, loud springboard noise with every single non-spacebar keystroke... that's bothering me too someitmes!
