How's your dog doing demik?

Fever is down. He's on antibiotics and I didn't see any blood yesterday or this morning. I get test results today to see if they can put him under for dentist appointment and then I need to speak with the doc about the tumor thing. He says that if it hasn't grown in a year that it's probably not cancerous but they don't know for sure unless they remove it and test it. But his age is now a factor for any type of surgery.

So, yeah, be on the look out for a sale soon because dentist and this is going to cost me $$$$.

That's good to hear at least!  You had mentioned they need to take some (or all?) of his teeth out, but if they do that do they give him doggie dentures or something?

I have no idea. I doubt it tho. And even if that was a thing I'm sure there is no way in hell I'd be able to afford it. He will just have to eat canned food from now on OnO.

I don't know the full story, but it looks like your dog may be getting teeth pulled? Don't worry about food. Dogs (and cats) don't really chew their food anyways. They swallow it whole, for the most part. Watch your dog eat next chance you get and you'll see what I mean.

Yeah this one basically swallows it whole but my other dog.. he's a loud chewer. Maybe the older one just adjusted to swallowing it instead of chewing? Dunno.

@demik I hope you don't have to sell your type-s.

Me too. But it looks like I'll be fine. Just got a call saying his blood work is normal and that he can get his cleaning. 200 dorrah for a deep clean and 15 dorrah for each tooth removed. Not too bad. Unless they remove them all OnO.

Ahhh good news man! Glad to hear it's not as bad as it could have been.

Yeah, now we just have to wait and see about the whole tumor thing. Maybe it's nothing that needs surgery?
No, he’s not around. How that sound to ya? Jot it down.

I am bothered by many things today. Work things, personal things, other things. It is just a day full of bothering. It sucks. I remember one day last week (or was it two weeks ago? I dunno) where I was happy. I would like to return to those feels please, Universe.

What the hell is wrong with you
(...)Whereas back then I wrote about the tyranny of the majority, today I'd combine that with the tyranny of the minorities. These days, you have to be careful of both. They both want to control you. The first group, by making you do the same thing over and over again. The second group is indicated by the letters I get from the Vassar girls who want me to put more women's lib in The Martian Chronicles, or from blacks who want more black people in Dandelion Wine.
I say to both bunches, Whether you're a majority or minority, bug off! To hell with anybody who wants to tell me what to write. Their society breaks down into subsections of minorities who then, in effect, burn books by banning them. All this political correctness that's rampant on campuses is b.s.

I don't really care much for alcohol either, for a variety of reasons.  Hangovers seem to hit me really bad now even if I don't drink a lot, but if I don't drink enough I just get really tired and have a hard time not just falling asleep.  Add on top of that family history of alcoholism and alcohol abuse and I have plenty of reasons not to drink!

it's just a nice button that you can interchange once you mount a screw mount with adhesive.  Just makes it more comfortable for me.  I'm not a pro by any means

Is the wait time for the adhesive to cure?

I waited till I was 19 to drink (legal in canada). I think I decided to wait after picking my dad up off the floor for the first time. I kinda see where you're coming from about families with alcohol problems. I rarely drink enough to slur my words and the stuff keeps me awake.

Alcoholism bothers me.

I've had good times with it and seen plenty of people have good times with it too, I just personally don't like it much.  It does tend to bother me though, and I've noticed since I quit drinking that drunk people irritate me much more than before even when I have quit drinking in the past.

same, i didn't drink till i hit 21 because my friends were as lame as i am. so we were never the party type. we just went to movies and played pokemon. or wrestled in the front yard.

i've had fun with alcohol but i tend to drink whenever i feel like **** and it only makes it worse. i had a pretty ****ty week last year that i'd hope to forget and almost lost a person dear to my heart because of it. so now, i rarely drink. drunk people annoy me. same with "look at how high i am" people.

When I was 19 I was signed up to join the Marine Corp and found out a week before I was supposed to leave for basic training that I was born with only one kidney due to me pissing blood for 2 days straight.  No kidney stones so that didn't hurt, but the camera that they used to verify my one kidney by sticking it up my **** sure did.

Bruh. Flash backs of **** hole tests. That's why I don't go to the doc. **** that noise.

Yeah, he has his appointment for Friday  for the dentist and then I gotta see what's up with the tumor deal. But they think he might be fine without the need of surgery, but they are going to monitor it.

When I'm drinking out of a water fountain and at the same moment I hear a toilet flush in the public restroom the water pressure on the fountain drops.

I'm bothered by politics and the constant "us vs. them" mindset that people have to hold even about the most stupid things =/

Good thing this  is a keyboard forum  ;D :llama:

Stupid phone wouldn't update, so I had to take it to AT&T to update manually. The only way they could do it was to wipe my phone completely. I thought by syncing everything into my computer I'd be able to restore everything, but nope. It's like nothing ever stored.
