Of course, ideally, 7800xt lvl as base would be more enduring. It wouldn't be that big a problem to deliver 350watt for a desktop APU.
A single dual tower can do 600watt easily as long as it's oriented correctly, standing vertically.
The ideal situation here, APU, that's a 18core zen 6 x3d at 250watt + 9070xt at 350watt, bolted together, soldered 64gb ram + 24gb vddr7. Dual tower cooler with 2x sanyo denkis,
12v psu, this thing can cook for at least 7-8 years no problem. Make it microsoft xbox or steam machine premium for $ 1000.
