This is one of the reasons i've avoided Apple products like the plague, i'm not a fanboy the other way but apple's way of doing things manages to piss me off even when i don't own their products so it'll only get worse if i owned it.

It had the dust cover on it so liquid only went underneath the keyboard and everything is still working fine other than the function key and function modifiers in general, I opened it up and the pcb was a little sticky but there were no other signs of liquid, I tried to clean it and function key is still on the fritz, so now it is in the to be repaired queue.

Yeah. I feel pretty lucky though, my Ducky Mini, SSK, and Novatouch were sitting there too and none of them got wet. I will now put al drinks on the table to the right of my desk and only keep one keyboard on my desk. I have been wanting to try ergo clears so I might desolder ll the switches and put new springs in while I am fixing it. The only reason the KUL was pushed to the other end was because I was taking pictures of it to sell it.... That is not happening now lol.

I hate talking to my mom about politics.  Their church passed out leaflets telling them how to vote and lobby on a few bills (which is illegal and in violation of their non-profit status).  One of the things on the flyer was something about a senate bill requiring vaccinations because it's an affront to personal rights and choices.  And yes, this would include MMR and other vaccines kids are required to take to prevent massive potentially deadly outbreaks.  When I mentioned how idiotic it was for them to fight against mandatory vaccines, she flies into a rage about how it should be a choice and how she had to fight them to not vaccinate my sister for HPV (which is a voluntary vaccine) because of potential "side effects".

Also included in this flyer, encouraging people to fight against a bill allowing terminal patients death with dignity because it's an affront to the celebration of life and all people should be forced to live until they die of natural causes...even if those natural causes are pain filled and causing a slow death.
