I don't know how women do it ....
Most likely the same way a women (my wife) can take a rational and down to earth point put forward by myself and reshape/mould it into the worst idea in history.

High heels makes a female look more - feminine - ..
Most obviously it makes a female look taller, but it's not actually being tall that matters, what makes it LOOK GOOD, is actually the
leg to height ratio..Females generally have longer legs than males of the same height. so this is a feature the males look for during target acquisition and differentiation.
The
forward weight shift does 2 things
____it creates an arch in the small of the female's back, resulting in more curvature to the standing posture and a slight forward thrust of the chest..
____it also shifts weight to the ball of their feet forcing their lower leg muscles to contract, giving them a more toned look than wearing flats..
Lastly, because heels are
very unstable to walk in, as they do not allow much longitudinal roll. walking in them requires more rotation at the hip..
The combination of
_Leg to height ratio
_Arched back
_Toned lower leg
_Greater hip-swing..is what adds to the
perceived femininity upon wearing high heels..
Does it work ? obviously it does, they're all wearing um'..
