Cluster (AKA Suicide) headaches

sigh..

My condolences to you.  As someone who suffered for years from migraines I can't even imagine suffering through cluster headaches, although I did see that there has been some positive results for treatment via Psilocybin or magic mushrooms so there may still be hope!

My return flight got delayed, I missed my bus back home and had to buy a ticket for another one, for over £50. ****ing decadent West!
(...)Whereas back then I wrote about the tyranny of the majority, today I'd combine that with the tyranny of the minorities. These days, you have to be careful of both. They both want to control you. The first group, by making you do the same thing over and over again. The second group is indicated by the letters I get from the Vassar girls who want me to put more women's lib in The Martian Chronicles, or from blacks who want more black people in Dandelion Wine.
I say to both bunches, Whether you're a majority or minority, bug off! To hell with anybody who wants to tell me what to write. Their society breaks down into subsections of minorities who then, in effect, burn books by banning them. All this political correctness that's rampant on campuses is b.s.

try dairy free..

Eat rice instead of wheat

Boiled chicken breast

Steamed vegetables

No table sugar

No fruits

Many people attempt to rectify diets, but they do it for something like 2weeks to a month..

That's really not enough time to adjust,   at least 2-3 months.. to test for effectiveness.

Thank you for your kind words, I've actually been reading into them and am currently relying on sumatriptans (the conventional medicine) and excedrin migraine (works pretty well), I have learned that in the state of california, psilocybin is strictly illegal to grow to to possess to spores of. SIGH i dont know where I would get them from anyway (not taking chances with street sellers) haha

I don't have dairy very often, if at all
I'm asian, so rice goes with just about everything I eat
I've seriously cut down on sugar consumption over the years (due in part to just being too lazy and cheap to go to the store to buy snacks)
I actually... don't include fruits in my diet (veggies and carbs is basically what I eat, and I am not too fond of the natural sweetness in fruits)

I am suspecting that my cluster headaches MAY be coming from me living in Sacramento/Central Valley, as I recently spent the weekend in San Francisco with zero complications or indications of headaches. I am planning on spending a week in Oakland with my sister to see how that affects my patterns.

Thank you for the advice though, I appreciate it VERY much :)

The index finger on my right hand keeps twitching.

This is my main mouse clicking finger.

It's not quite twitching enough to actuate the mouse button, but keeps feeling like I'm about to.

Very distracting.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

I have a fairly irregular sleep pattern due to work, but I started that job not too long ago, before then I had a normal sleep pattern.
and my home life is pretty good, i would say 9/10, with the only thing that stresses me out (lightly) is that I want to better myself (in work and in life)

but other than that, I've never been a person who stressed over anything but... say school/finals, of which I've graduated from college last year

That I can't find my HHKB black/black keycaps, speficially, the Esc/`~/Fn keys because those are the ones missing. I changed them to widdlekitties blanks but don't remember where I put them afterwards. :(

EDIT: FOUND THEM! :)

I am in Denmark. Was in the process of moving. Don't know if it went to old address. Although they usually deliver those to the new place. So I don't get it.

Not leaving Denmark. Still staying here. Don't see a lot of naked girls running around though. That would've been nice.

been having my headaches for over 10 years now
I have had migraine now and then since childhood but did not understand that it was migraine until adulthood.

It usually comes after a stressful day, when I relax. Dehydration (sun, exercise, alcohol) or eating MSG or chocolate increases the likelihood that it will break out. But you have probably heard about that already.

is your sleep pattern regular ?

How stressful is your occupation// home life. 1 to 10

Tp4 might be referring to the printed media in Denmark. It's shocking for Americans to see nipples on the magazine covers in a usual newsagents.

I don't know if I should be bothered or not, but I am.  Last day at work - been here 9.5 years.  Only 2 people have said goodbye.  Last person to leave was here for 3 months and was thrown a huge party with cake and ice cream.  For me:  nothing.   :(

That would definitely bother me.

Have you given the impression that you don't want a big shebang? A few people at my office know that, when I leave, I don't want a party or anything.

Not that I know of.  I am over it.  3 more hours and I am out of here.  Wish it was an easy day, but the last 2 weeks have been super busy.  Took tomorrow off, and start at the new place on Monday.   :thumb:
wut. i'd buy a ****ty IBM board for that green V2
